SHIPPING – Where shipping is provided, Bulkboxauctions.com will not be held responsible for any damages caused by transport by a third-party carrier. Bulkboxauctions.com does add appropriate insurance to specified items when shipping. Any such insurances will Be listed in the items description. Any damage to items while in possession of third party carriers will be the sole responsibility of the recipient to contact the third party carrier in order to place a claim. No refunds or returns will be given or allowed for “in-transit” package damage.
Bulkboxauctions.com has an initial 7 day return policy on eligible approved merchandise orders. Which means the following:
•A buyer must contact bulkboxauctions.com within 7 days from the day the order was received.
•The buyer must provide the following information to be reviewed by our returns department.
-Order number
-Date the order was received
-Name of Item/items being returned
-Reason for Return
-Buyers information(First & Last name, email address)

All returns will be reviewed on an individual based. All eligible returns will be notified bia email and given a return order number. All returns shipment costs are solely the buyers responsibility . If any returns are eligible for a pre-paid courtesy shipping label, those orders will receive notification of free returns within their approval return email.
***Bulk Box “limited time Buy Boxes” denoted in a teal ribbon below listings title, are ineligible for returns those are sold as-is and can not be picked through at buyers discretion, and requested unwanted items be returned.***
If by chance your return request is not eligible for return. We will notify the buyer via email of the reason for the refusal. We appreciate our customers business, and ask those who shop at bulkboxauctions.com to familiarize themselves with our policies to remain up-to-date if any problems may arise with their orders.
